Yes, we are really asking for you to volunteer your time. Without pay.

But our goal is to change that.

All positions are eligible for full-time or part-time salaries upon funding. 

We are a team of incredibly smart and qualified women who– like you– have so much to offer, but have not been valued by employers. Instead of staying in the vicious cycle of applying for jobs -only to be ignored- we decided to come together to create change. (It’s what women do best!)

This is an excellent opportunity to build something significant and meaningful from the ground up. We are actively recruiting passionate, influential leaders and cultural arbiters in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion space.  If you have been personally effected by the employment discrimination, have tremendous value to offer and are eager for change, and you are willing to donate your time until salaries are made available, this is the place for you!
